On Sunday, October 24, the Houston chapter of Sisters in Crime will join the Dallas and Austin branches in providing a half-day Zoom conference on the state of the publishing industry. The conference will run from 2-5 p.m. CST.
Titled "The Yellow Brick Road to Publishing," it will feature nationally know author Charlaine Harris (author of the Aurora Teagarden and Midnight, Texas books, among many others); Anne Tibbets, a literary agent with the renowned Donald Maas agency; award-winning short story writer and editor Barb Goffman; and Chelle Honiker, a writer and publisher of Indie Author Magazine.
